About the Club

The Riverview Woman’s Club, a non-profit 501(c)(7) organization, was founded in April 2012 by Donna Lee Fore and Jeanne R. Burkeson, who had a vision to provide scholarships to Riverview students, to support various education needs, and to identify and support community outreach.
Dues are $75 annually.
To date the club has over 60 members and is growing. Members are not just Riverview residents, they are also from Brandon, Apollo Beach, Sun City Center, Dover and Wimauma. They are stay at home moms, business women, direct sales business people, retirees, and all vital, energetic women who want to meet regularly and give back to the community. Men are welcomed too, as Associate Members.

The club calendar begins in September and runs through June. During that time we hold monthly lunch meetings, evening activities and mixers, cultural site visits, fundraising events and we continue holding fun evening activities during the summer. Monthly lunch meetings are held in Riverview, from 11:30 am to 1 pm. We invite you to be a guest at a lunch meeting held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month during our calendar year. If the event is a catered event, RSVP's and payments are requested in advance by the Friday before the event. Many of our luncheons are at local restaurants where guest order off the menu with separate checks. Guests may visit twice before we ask that you join our club.

We are the Riverview Woman's Club and the Riverview Woman's Club Foundation.
